Dead, FP01 (630mA) o/c
Change filter capacitor CP01 from 0.1uF to 0.0047uF

Playback of test cassette ok but cyclic wow every 4 secs
The control head was found to be dirty, the symptom was misleading as there was no picture disturbance

Will not accept tape
This was due to the fg/ctl pulse amp chip IT18 (U2561B), Pt no. 70010166
