Author: Andre vd Wee Sony TV (AE2F Chassis) Set tripping every 2 seconds without blinking error codes on the front leds Within the 2 seconds there was EHT and sometimes a flash on the screen and a plop in the speaker. All voltages at the right output, the vertical IC and horizontal outputs are all ok for 2 seconds, After many tips also from a Sony employee i could not fix the set. After calling the service center they immediately named the fault as the memory chip, The engineer first programmed the IC and than mounted in the set. The component code was not specified but i have the part number 8-759-184-27 costing 43,14 Euro
